Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is constantly examined and revised periodically to keep the student's education in par with the growing demands of the corporates. This pays off when we enter into an organization even as a fresher. Research is one area that is given ample importance.
Placement Experience
It all starts with a meticulously framed training. Training begins from the second year of UG. Internship, Events, Competitions, and programs happening in various domains are communicated to the students promptly.
College Events
Technovision 7 Technosummit are technical project development competitions held in the university. Femfest is completely dedicated to the girls of Sathyabama. College culture has to be mentioned, it is a two to the three-day celebration. Patriotic and religious celebrations are always special here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The first-year fees were around Rs. 30,000 back in 2010. The transport and mess fees were all included in the one-time semester fees. The second-year fee was also the same a the first year. The fees were nominal for the facilities provided by the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not avail of any kind of scholarship or education loan. The university does offer scholarships to required students.
Campus Life
The diversity of students on campus is very widespread. It needs to be mentioned that various sports activities are conducted inside the university campus. Students are sponsored to participate in technical competitions. Talent is definitely appreciated here.
Alumni/Alumna
University is a good place to maintain a friendship between students of all years. Juniors get career guidance and support from seniors.
Admission
For PG in Sathaybam, when approached the college administration, they were very helpful in guiding me through the admission process. Getting into such a reputed institution is always difficult but they do credit the academic score in great value. that helped me greatly.
Faculty
Many of the Faculties are Ph.D. with good knowledge of the subject. They follow the latest teaching aids and don't just stick with the old fashioned chalk and board method. The faculty are approachable and are good mentors to help us mold into better people.
