As a government college you will get best facilities in India in comparison of other institutions in matters of food, placement, internship, hostel facilities, sports, culture facilities and everything an engineering student need.

Courses are very flexible. You can explore other fields which is not in your academics. I got a job in campus placement in a software company with very good package and I am from electrical branch. College provides you lot of facilities like sports, culture, technology workshops etc and a great platform.

Placement and internship are very good. Very prestigious company like Microsoft, Google, apple Goldman sachs, DE show, JP Morgan, Samsung, vista our campus for recruitment and offer great packages for placement and internship both. The highest stipend one of my batch mate got is 2lakh per month in DE show, an average student get 30k to 40k per month stipend in intership

There are three major college events 1). Spardha (sports festival) teams of different sports cricket, Hockey, football, basketball, badminton, boxing etc participant from all over the India. 2) kashiyatra (annual social cultural festival) participation comes from all over the India to participate events like dance, music, drama, arts. 3) technex (techno-managment festival)

Fee structure is on the basis of family income and cast. Below 5lakh it is around 20k per semester Other wise it is around 1.20 lakh per semester. It includes academic fees, hostel fee, mess fee and other fees.

At the time of admission. Banks approaches you to take loan from their bank as you are an IITIAN. You don't need to worry about the loan. And as it is a government institute it provides scholarship through government schemes on nation scholarship portal or any home state SCHOLARSHIP scheme

They provide many facilities sports, cultural, and technical facilities, there are different club in each council cricket club, Hockey, music club , dance club, drama club, robotics club, astronomy and clubs of almost every field of sports, cultural and, technology.

This is a 100 year old government college. Old hostel are not that good but well maintained. They provide us free high speed internet, water cooler, with double occupancy rooms. Mess food is great in hostels. They maintain greenery in hostels.

IIT BHU is a 100 year old institute and it has a great alumni network. Our alums are in great companies on prestigious positions. And almost every field. They are very helpful and supportive for the placements.

I got the admission via joint seat allotment on the basis of JEE advanced Rank. Admission process was too easy. You just need to verify your documents in nearest IIT and then report at you institute on reporting date mentioned on their website.

Faculties are good but not great. As an average student I experienced that you have to work yourself to gain your knowledge I your field. Classroom studies did not helped me to gain my knowledge. Some faculties are very strict in matter of attendance and some are not. But course and academics are very flexible. You cant expect much help in research area if you are enthusiastic towards research.
