This is best government engineering and Management college in malwa region, but this college doesn't provide transportation facility to the students. A van is available, but only for tourism purpose.

BTech in computer science and engineering is one of the best course in this era of growing technology. Exam are taken on University level, Mimit college is under Inder kumar gujral Punjab technical university (formally known as Punjab Technical University).

There is separate training and placement department in the college for the purpose of placements and jobs. Many former students of this college are placed in big companies like Infosys, wipro, amazon etc.
College Events
College celebrate a youth festival every year, apart of it function are organized on the occasion of different festivals. Fresher's parties are organized of newly coming students for thier welcome. Also farewell parties are given to passing out Last year students.

Mimit college is not a much expensive college, It is a government college so fee structure is very cheap, also different scholarships are available for students on the behalf of their previous class marks and scholarships for schedule cast students is also available.

College support their students in every field, many extracurriculam activities are done by students, There is also NCC and NSS wings in the college, college also support sports activities, there are different playground of different sports.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is very good, separate hostels for girls and boys are available. Infrastructure is very good, there is a huge mess available for students, where delicious food is provided to students.

Many former students of this college are well placed in big companies, Yes, seniors are very helpful, they help their juniors bike a guide for every problem related to study or related to any other matter.
Admission
I got addmission there on the basis of my 10+2 class' marks. I filled an addmission form on the university website and chose Mimit as my preference, and after counseling I got addmission in Mimit college malout.
Faculty
Best faculty is provided to the students of mimit college, fully AC labs are there, separate boys and girls hostels, park, supply of pure drinking water, teacher are also very good and well educated.
