I had choosed this course in Anna university Counselling and the process is based on our cut off marks in HSC exams on rank wise and I choosed this course because in Mechanical engineering there are various opportunities are available.

For internship no companies are came for our course for placement purpose various companies are came and more no. of students are getting placed.
Placement Experience
In our department above 70% are getting placed. TCS ,Accenture ,Robert Bosch, Hyundai ,L& T, ITC ,Zoho,TVS SPCL etc. They offer a minimum of 3 lakhs per annum.
College Events
In our college every year inter college festivals such as interface and technovation to be conducted on every year and more than 50 events have been conducted and more than 1lakh prize moneys should be given.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In our college hostel fees is low as per room. Food and facilities in hostel are not that good but its ok to survive in that Hostel fees 15000 per year and mess fees 1200 per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, all types of scholarships are available. I availed Bachlors scholarships per year 10000 rs and I'm also applied for educational loans.
Campus Life
Gender ratio 4:3. Sports also good in evening time all types of coaching available. If you interested go and practice your games and several types of workshops are available.

In CIT alumini network is very useful. In every year they celebrating alumini day.
Faculty
the faculty should be more technical wise beware of tat subject and staffs but in our college staffs are not much of technical wise persons they are nly beginners.
