Remarks
According to me ,I don't see any negative term to describe about my college ,since there is nothing I found negative till date,apart from canteen infrastructure, which will be improved gradually in coming semester.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum seems much more updated, embedded with number of new courses compared to other institutions of same category, since recently our college got autonomy status in 2019. Our college is looking forward to bring more practical approach in curriculum which helps students to bring hands-on experience and making students ready for working with real-life projects.
Placement Experience
Our college offers internship during winter and summer vacation for a period of approximately 1-2 months. Most of the internship are unpaid,but the hands-on experience we get to imbibe is worth doing the internship. Placement starts during 7th semester and packages ranges from 3-20 lakhs per annum offered by some companies, with the overall average package of 4lakhs/annum among each students in our college.
College Events
Various events combining in-house and out-house activities are conducted during odd as well as even semester. College festivals offer a chance to do all this and much more to a fresher who is willing to hop on to the festival bandwagon. Every student should experience this organization process at least once during the course of their undergraduate studies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
nowadays University education is very expensive.The fees is little bit expensive compared to other Engineering institutions, but the quality of education our college offers,the fees sounds much feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
Various government scholarship are offered by our college to students which helps vivid students to study and surpass their dreams who are willing to study,but cannot; just because of poverty and high educational fees.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni is network to various firms which benefits the students in terms of applying for internship as well as providing job opportunities. Apart from college network to outside world, senior students experience who are graduated or are elder than us in our college prooves beneficial in terms of experience sharing regarding the amount of struggle they faced while applying for jobs, interviews skills etc.
Admission
I had completed my Diploma course from Bhagubhai Mafatlal polytechnic in CSE course in 2017 with a merit of 84.33%. Later ,I decided to go for B.E. degree in IT from Thakur College of engineering and technology and got admitted based on my merit percentage.
Faculty
The staff and faculties sounds too useful whenever any student approaches for simple as well as complex doubts realated to course. Apart from being helpful in terms of subjects,our faculty also guides in selecting career path after graduation.
