Studying hours are more for students in my opinion. The management is strict to rules. All the activities are done according to ptu guidelines. College us proximity to airport, railway station, market. In my opinion fees is little high.
Course Curriculum Overview
In today world there is high demand of person with technical knowledge.to get that knowledge u should have the right college. And the btech in cse in cgc is at a good level.there are a lot of opportunity provide in college.
Placement Experience
Cgc is the most prestigious college in the north india.there are more than 300 companies which visit cgc campus every year.the overall scenario of placement is good.the college also provide internship in the nearby company of mohali.
College Events
A lot of cultural, social, technical,non technical events are celebrated in college at a regular interval there are several clubs in which we can get in touch with the different events. parivatan is the biggest cultural event of cgc celebrated every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The students with direct ptu counseling and student with residency in punjab has less fee than other students from different states. My fee us 90000 per year and hostel fees is 75000 annually. There are tpp fees also.

They is also the facility of loan, scholarship for the eligible students. different scholarships are provided to the poor students,girl students and students with good grades. education loan is also available for eligible candidates.
Campus Life
There is also facilitates of labs , computer labs, chemistry labs, physics lab, electrical lab with good teachers. the lab has upto date equipment.at regular intervals sports , cultural , social activities are organised for students.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted for hostel and my annual hostel charges is 75000. there are 4 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel with a capicity to hold 5000 Student.the infrastructure is also good there is 24 hrs electricity and water supply. The food quality is also satisfactory.
Alumni/Alumna
There are events if alumni talk happening at regular basis. senior are also cooperative and friendly.there are also regular section of alumni and senior meet ups. Ragging is strictly prohibited.ragging is intolerant.
Admission
Counseling through ptu, JEE Mains score, board marks are the major criteria according to which one student can take admission.direct admission is also welcomed in some cases.i took admission on the basis of jee main score.
Faculty
Faculty is cooperative and experienced.and hardworking.they not only provide u education but also train u about ur future and ur aspiration and goals.which is the good thing about faculty.the teacher are good.
