One of the India's best University

Overall college is best but you know positivities come with negativities. There are too much politics in the college. Every stream has their own union and they protest in every month for things I don't understand.

Course has well organised subject which focuses the aim of the course. It starts from basic and goes to higher level. Every year the challenges are increasing. In this course, there are total 10 subjects in every semester in which 4 are sessional. Sessional exam is followed by viva for each subjects and others are by subjective type exam.

Placements are very good. The average placement is ?10LPA. There is no minimum package but maximum package is around ?50LPA. From campus some get placed but very few don't get any job who doesn't pay attention through their academic year. College provides internships opportunity in every stream, with stipend nearly ?40k per month by IT companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook etc.

There are 5 events celebrated in my college : 1. CIIPP-US: A freshers event 2. U-TURN: Sports event. 3. SRIJAN: Tech Fest. 4. ARENA: Sports event. 5. SANSKRITI: A culture event which shows various cultures all around world.

Fee structure is very feasible. It's cheapest college in India. Fee per semester is ?1250 which is lowest fee as compared to any college. The total fee for all eight semesters is equal to ?10000. Only at time of admission the admission fee is ?710.

College does provides scholarships only for those students whose annual family income less than ?60k. For very poor students the fee for semester and hostel is Nil. They don't take any penny from students through his/her academic years.

The extracurricular activities are quite good. College has own cricket team, football team etc. There is a ground for practice of cricket and football. There is very good opportunity for basketball. College has a artificial mountain climbing rock. It has drama club, dance club, photography club, martial arts club etc.

Alumni are very good and senior students are very helpful. They guide us at every step. They teach us to don't make mistakes like they did through their academic year and they are very interactive. At every two years a alumni and students meeting event takes place.

I gave the entrance examination WBJEE 2017 and got rank (AIR) 1525. After result i went for counseling and i chose B.E. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING. After that i went for verification of my documents in the college at time of admission. After verification of documents i paid ?5710 and took the admission.

Well, facilities are good but not best. They are very helpful and friendly except one or two. They help us at every step. Each faculty has their own area of expertise. Some are working and some are experienced.
