Remarks
There is no negative remark about college. If you have a good percentage and want to BSc then this is the best college in Jaipur. Overall of things is good about college and hood ranking in graduate college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is according to Rajasthan university. There is only 1-time theory exam between March to May and I have a practical subject so there is a practical exam also in the course practical exam held in January or in February according to the university it can happen after the theory exams.
Placement Experience
In BSc, there is no placement but u need to fight competitive exams or prepare for higher studies. If you are interested college will provide an internship but I don't have interest in an internship so I don't know about the internship program but according to batch mates internship experience is good.
College Events
There are some events also celebrated in college like freshers for new students farewell for last year students and career guidance seminars by professionals or by officers like ias, ips sport meet conducted in college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Maharaja college is government college ao fees are feasible. You have to pay fees only one time nearly 6500/- PA and there are no extra fees for anything. So anyone can afford this college and there is no system of installment.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship from the college side but if you have a good percentage then you can get inspire scholarship of 80000 per year. It is more than your fees. If you are not eligible for inspire and your family income is below 2.5 lakh then you can apply for the samaj kalyan scholarship provided by the Rajasthan government in this scholarship you can get 5000 rs per year by the government.
Campus Life
University maharaja college is a science college so the lab is an important part of the college. There are separate labs for every year's students and separate labs for every subject. There is a playground for every game you can play any game in the college and there is a basketball court and a big library you can issue sports equipment.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are very helpful although the faculty is too good still, if you have any doubt you can consult with seniors. They helped juniors in any activity. They helped students in form filling and in other things.
Admission
Fill the form of college, if you have a percentage above the college cut-off list you get admission. I had percentage above cut off so I get selected in the first list in the general category then college give 5 days to submit the documents so I submit my documents after that they give you fee detail. This is a government college so the fee is only 6500 PA. Then I submit the fees and get admission and classes will start after all 5 or 6 cut-off lists.
Faculty
All of the faculty are well qualified selected by exam. They have many degrees like Ph.D., M.Sc, BSc some of them still doing Ph.D. and faculty have experience of many years of teaching method is quite good behavior is too good. They helped students and guide them with the right advice not only about this course but about the future like how to prepare for civil exams or competitive exams.
