The Course Curriculum is set by Mumbai University. The University strives to update the syllabus as per the latest technology. Although the syllabus can be updated more. The overall syllabus is quite good and it gives a basic idea about the topic. In a year it has 2 semester exams and in each semester it has 2 Internal Assement tests. The average score of internal Assessment is added to term work scores. Before the final University semester exams practical and viva exams of the subjects are scheduled.

RAIT is well known for its placements. It provides the best Placement in Navi Mumbai for Comps, IT branch. The average package to comps, it branch is 4 LPA and for core branches the average package is ?3.5 LPA. The highest package is of 12 LPA. College provides equal opportunity to technical students and the Digital marketing students for placement. It also provides internship to 3rd year students. The stipend highest given is ?30,000 per month for a period of 2 years and also provides a PPO with a Dream Package. RAIT allows double offers to each and everyone.

RAIT is evergreen with its events. It has Techfest in every semester. In even sem it has sports tournament where majority of the sports tournament take place. In odd SEM the events are Navratri celebrations, freshers, Teachers day celebration. The annual cultural fest of RAIT is HORIZON and is held in odd SEM. It's a feeling for every RAITian. It's also known as 3 days of madness. Foreign artist come down to perfom EDM concert as well as bollywood artist do concert during Horizon. The day events are lit and any one would enjoy.

The fees at RAIT ranges from ?93,000-?1,00,000. Scholarship are provided and fees are waived upto 50% and are credited back into bank account of EBC students. The process for scholarship is quite smooth.

The college allows to pay fees in even and odd SEM that means splitting the fees and pay. This is quite good for students. If a student performs exceptionally well in overall performance and student is EBC then he/she can write a application for fees waiver.

The lab session are good. The infrastructure present in college is the best. RAIT is well known for its culture. Students can keep up their hobbies even while becoming engineer. It allows you to show case your talents. The college has quite famous technical committee as well as cultural committee that looks for students with interest in extra curricular. Kalaraj and Footloose Dance Crew the two most famous cultural committee of RAIT.

The hostel is for only girls on campus. For boys they prefer to stay in locality as there are many hostels present and are available for every one's pocket. Jain hostels are also present in locality. They are quite near to college and are easily accessible.

The alumni of RAIT are quite helpful. Shankar Mahadevan the great singer is a alumi of RAIT. Many alumini contribute towards the Placement process. Aluminis are interested to interact with the current students to provide handful of suggestions. Seniors are also quite supportive towards the project as well as academic.

The admission process is carried by DTE body. To get admission in this Institute first the students need to appear for Maharashtra CET after their HSC exam. After getting the scores the following schedule is updated by DTE on their website and it carries out the process. The institute has Institute level seats on which seats are alloted based on Merit.

The faculty of IT department is quite well trained and the college is hiring more PhD professor and is open to research works. Each and every faculty are helpful and are quite experienced of minimum 10 years and above.
