Remarks
The college is very good and has a very good and green and clean campus. Ideal place for studying. Also there are lots of trees so it's cool always. There is a football ground, basketball court and volleyball court. They support sports and extra curricular activities. Also there is a big library where you can get access to all books related to studies.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are three internals and a semester exam per semester. The marks are taken as an average of all three internals. A minimum average of 20 marks should be scored to be eligible for semester exam. The average in internals should be above 45 to get a make up exam. If u fail in semester exam and if u are not eligible to make up then u will have to clear in fast track
Placement Experience
Placements are very good. Many good companies like Wipro, Microsoft, asus, Bosch, TCL, etc companies come for hiring students in placements. Almost all the students get placed and also the packages are good. Placements is good for all branches including mechanical, automobile etc.
College Events
There is two fests namely vibrations in odd sem and furore in even sem. Vibrations is intra-college fest. It is completely free to participate. And the classes does not take place during fests. Furore is done in even sem which is inter-college fest. Money has to be paid to participate. Other than this there are many other technical fests and branch fests like insignia, torque etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is neither too feasible nor too high. It's moderate but worth for the quality of teaching. Also it has a very good Campus and it is very good college and so compared to other colleges the fees is not so high.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship exams conducted to help the students in paying their fees. Also there is vidyashilp scholarship and epass scholarship for students to help in their fees. Also there is separate scholarship scheme for SC and ST students.
Campus Life
The labs are very good. They are kept very neat and clean and the equipments are new and very good. The instructors have very good knowledge and give good instructions. Also DSCE encourages sports and extra curricular activities.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are very friendly and will always be ready to help. There is absolutely no ragging in college. Seniors also encourage you to be a part of other societies related to music, dance, literature, etc.
Admission
Through CET. I got into mechanical engineering through CET and after 1 year I changed my course to Electronics and Communication as I was interested in it. The fees is CET fee + college fee of around 40,000 which has to be paid every year.
Faculty
Faculties are student friendly and will be ready to help always. They have very good knowledge in the subject and have very good teaching techniques for the students to understand. They entertain questions and have extra knowledge about their subject.
