Remarks

College is bit lazy about things like societies and workshops, which they should have been actively participated. But you'll never find the college authorities to be supportive. In academics, yes our college is really good and we do have every fine teache

Entrance Preview

I had given JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and IPU exam. I did qualify all these examz but unfortunately didn't get admission in IITs and NITs. My rank in IPU exam was something about 6500. I had delhi region and defence qouta, so I easily got MAIT in second counseling. I am in 2nd year in electrical and electronics engineering.

Internships Opportunities

I don't have any about the internships given from our college. Yes, did heard about people going for internships off campus.

Placement Experience

The average package here in our college is 3.5 - 4 lakhs p.a, Infosys, Accenture, Microsoft, Hike ( last time came ), ZS, IBM and many more companies do come with good package.

College Events

Our college techfest and cultural fest is " Techsurge and Mridang ". It's fun but yea you can't find super duper crowd like you can find in some prestigious college. It's a 2-3 day affair and college students actually enjoy these events.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have heard about a scholarship for OBC/ SC/ ST who are earning below 2 lakh p.a.

Campus Life

Campus life is good and can be super awesome if you have a bunch of good friends to hangout. Everything in our college like societies, fest and all are taking place but not in a very large scale. It's in a developing stage. Gender ratio is quite fine. Boys don't worry you will definitely find girl's out in campus.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are really helpful and interactive. I don't think any of us ever had a bad experience with our seniors.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
