Remarks

There are lot of positive remarks- Healthy environment The Supportive Faculty, College Fest, Availability of transport means nearby college. Negative remarks- College is not situated in campus, It is bit off campus college, No Hostel Facility, Canteen is not that good as compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam are divided into 2 parts. First is internal which is of 25 marks 10 marks for assignment 10 marka for the internal class test 5 marks for attendance Then 75 marks will be of external examinations

Placement Drive came for the intrested studends in 3rd year of their college beside there are lot of society that help student to grow individually in different aspects of life. Average stipend can be around 8-10 based on job profile and student capability.

College Events

There are lot of occasions, College freshers, Society freshers, College Fest, Society fest, University election along with College elections, Farewell Party, Nukkad Natak, Dance competition, Debate competition.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For General students its around 7000 per annum and it is very affordable for the students out there who find very difficult to match the quality eductaion provided by expensive institutions so this is a very nice college with a nominal fee structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are various Central Government scholarship scheme that students can take good advantage of and beside that loan is not at all needed to fund the eduction in this college if you wanted to study here as fee is very much less as compared to other colleges providing this quality education to masses.

Campus Life

Our college got a fine playground and get a good viewers at the time of annual sports competition. We got a sports complex and also NCC team that help students to train lIke a army personnel and college also provide very nice facility for the students who opt for sports.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior in our college is very Helpfull as they are always there for you from the time of admision to letting you get comfortable in new college environment. They lead new students and help a lot during admission process and they also arrange help desk for students seeking admissions in college.

Admission

First you have to fill the Delhi University Application form For U.G , then you have to wait for the cut off release and nearly 60 colleges under Delhi University release their respective cut offs based on 12th Marks percentage and if your percentage are upto that then you can visit collge during admission days and get yourself enrolled for the course you have applied earlier through form

Faculty

Faculty is very good and supportive. They are highly qualified and possess a solod knowledge of their respective fields. You will find a good ambience in college and a nice crowd to interact with throughout your college life.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Honest review of SLC

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. Satyawati College Review: what to expect

The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences. I had placed satywati college at the seventh position in my preference list and based on my CUET score and eligibility, I was allotted this college. while i had higher preferences, I couldn't make it to those due to high cutoffs in popular north campus colleges. however, Satyawati offered a decent academic environment and the course i wanted, so i confirmed my admission here....Read More
