Remarks
The college has a good ambience and the college provides a lot of freedom when compared with other Colleges . The negative remark is that the main gate will only be opened after 7 PM and no other gates will be opened.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is for 3years .First semester is kinda easy because there is only 3major subjects in First semester and the exam structure is semester wise.Attendence is very strict for each semester it should not cross 22.5in each semester.
Placement Experience
Yes they provide internship and campus interview and job opportunities it is easy to get job for an mcc graduate because its there in the top ten colleges in India. The alumnus are very good.They are there in top posts in companies.
College Events
The College has many events from starting to the end . The best event conducted by the college is Deepwoods which is a 3days program which is a great event. There are many other events conducted by the other 6 halls (hostels) also.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There are 2 streams in Madras Christian College . One is Aided stream which is morning shift and Self Financed Stream. Aided stream fees is not that big .Self Financed Stream has more fees than aided stream.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship and loan are provided in the department and College union society and the staff will also help us to pay the fees if they find you as needed one. They college will definitely help the students who are not able to pay fees
Campus Life
There is a lot if extracurricular activities provided by the college like different cultural and literary activities .The labs and all is well equipped . The College has a high interest on the the sports activities.
Hostel Facilities
I am a hall student (hostel) .The hostel facilities are really good and the food is really good. The hostel has some traditions and all which will develop you and make you a man . There is single rooms for boys .
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is great the alumnus comes at college often and they share their experience to us. The seniors are very helpful in developing our talents by making us participating in all the events of the college.
Admission
At first its the online application and they will publish a provisional list and we are called to the college for documents submission the college will ensure that the marks are same in original documents too. Then are are asked to pay the fees online and you are selected .
Faculty
The faculties are very good and the way of teaching is nice .Most of the faculties are students who have completed under graduate and post graduate from Madras Christian College itself. The faculties are very rich in knowledge.
