Remarks
Unity in our college is a plus point we have. We stand together no Matter what the situation is and also our campus is pretty much beautiful. Our campus also have sports complex of its own. And we also have a greeny environment here.
Course Curriculum Overview
To be honest our course curriculum is bit old. They need to revise our syllabus of many subjects. And the examination structure is very great here, as we first need to register our subjects online and hence we get our admit card for the exams. And most of the things are online here.
Placement Experience
Actually my course is not one of the technical courses so here we don't get to do any internship of something like that, but when I was on the end semester break I found myself one on mu own and yes we've reasonably good placements here in JMI as told by the seniors.
College Events
We've many fests in JMI in the end of February. All the departments have there own fest, and it's like a month or so covered by these fests only so honestly speaking I enjoy that month a lot. And also we celebrate every festival here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our fee structure is very feasible. As my course is not technical still I've computer coding like Java script and c++ as my CBCS subject and with that my fees is around 8k yearly.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are scholarships offered for the student studying in JMI. They offer the scholarship to the students whose parent doesn't work in government sector and because of that reason I can't even apply for the scholarship.
Campus Life
About extracurricular activities we've fests in which you could participate and we've many societies here like drama, western dance society, Indian dance society and also many bands are here. And, also the debate society of JMI has grabbed many awards. And our labs are ofcourse good . And for sports we've a sports complex in our campus i.e. MK Pataudi sports complex.
Alumni/Alumna
Ofcourse our alumni network and senior students and very helpful, I remember in my first year one of the seniors just helped me with the syllabus and lab subjects. Hence our seniors are reasonably great.
Admission
I've cleared the entrance exam that basically is for 5 courses. It's of BSc, BSc chemistry honours,BSc physics honours, BSc mathematics honours and BSc applied mathematics honours. And hence after some time they disclosed the result on the JMI official site and afterwards they also disclosed many lists of selected candidates.
Faculty
Our faculty is pretty good and experienced. They're very supportive for all the students. The way they make students understand the concepts is reasonably impressive. There experience just help us understand the concepts in a very easy way.
