Just reviewing my college

It's a great college if we want to study amidst of the nature. The picturesque surrounding is mind boggling. If some one reaches there he will surely be baffled by the environment in which we students live. The mountains, the springs, the tea gardens are very beautiful.

It's a bit outdated! My sister also studied under the same University and passed in the year 2008 ,the course she studied and the course I am studying is the same ! I genuinely think that it needs and update.

Not that good . A year or two ago, the placement scene was quite good but in present scenario they are not that good . Though pool placements do occur but they are not that helpful for us . Even the Dean of the college isn't helping us.

1.Tech fest : This includes all the tech related competitions , including robot wars , robot soccer, Robot race and exhibition of projects. 2. Cultural fest : This includes all the cultural activities that occur in the college. Various rock bands come and perform in this fest. Even solo singing and band competitions happen and they are quite beautiful to attend. 3. Quiz : This includes a competition where various topic related quizes happen and students prove their worth.

It is very feasible . Compared to the fee structure of other private engineering colleges it is very low. Even the additional costs are not that much . We have to pay a fee for each semester i.e every six months we have to pay the fees.

I don't know of any scholarships . But there is a TFW scheme where the financially weak students have to pay only for the academics i.e ?1200 as their semester fees. Even my friend is studying under the TFW scheme and has not faced any problem regarding the same.

Various labs are there and a common room is there where a table tennis table is there . Physics lab is equipped with all the latest equipments . Even the chemistry lab is quite good. We really love to spend our time in the labs . All the syllabus is covered in the lab and we learn a bit hard concepts easily.

The building which we were provided for the hostel, was not good.The food given there was shit. We students complained almost everyday but were in vain. The warden was very helpful and he tried to solve all our problems.

They are very helpful. They try to help in every aspect of life . They give moral support to the juniors and help us in every way possible . They even help in managing the previous years question which is quite hard a noob in the college.

I appeared for WBJEE examination , qualified it and got this college in first counseling. Though my rank was not good as I hadn't studied for the examination, by luck only i got this college. It's a great college surrounded by tea gardens and a picturesque environment.

They are good. Lab attendants are a bit ill behaved but rest of the faculties are quite helpful.They help in clearing the doubts almost anytime of the day. They really are very helpful and give great marks.
