Good place to learn

From my side there are many positives and much less negatives as i am a topper of my branch and also i got PPO at reliance and internship too . The faculty is nice.the hostels are nice but food is like the hostel food only The sports facilities are nice too.

The course curriculum is well defined in atleast mechanical engineering branch. The exam procedure consists of two minor 20-20 marks paper and then one end-term paper consisting of 50 marks and equals to 90 marks and 10 marks for internal equal to 100 marks.

Talking about internship, I got internship from college at Reliance Industries Limited,Jamnagar and i got a stipend of Rs.60000 alongwith transportation reimbursement and accommodation at Vrindavan Guest House by Reliance. My other friends also got internship at Hero Motocorp,SKF limited,VVF India Limited.

TechNITi- One of the biggest TechFest in North India equalling the standards of Thomso-IIT Roorkee , Rendezvous-IIT Delhi . Its a great fun being a part of such major fests and enjoying them with full fun.

For categories like SC-ST there is a full fee waiver i.e.0 tuition fee and then for students having family income below 1 Lakh also have a full fee waiver. Students having family income between 1Lakh-5Lakh have 2/3 fee waiver and students from Gen/OBC category having family income greater than 5 Lac have to pay full fee of 72000 .

I have not such luck of availing any scholarship or loan facility , but many of my friends have got scholarship through state government and national government. As this is an imstitute of national importance we get many chances for scholarships.

There is a good dance club ,photography club and sports club. The gymnasium facility is nice and well equipped with latest machines and nice instructors. The stadium has a nice pich for playing cricket and also a football field.

Yes i opted hostel.The newly built Mega Boys Hostel are 3 multistorey blocks. The infrastructure is good , the rooms are nicely ventilated,spacious lively . We get a table chair bed fan and cupboard. There is no facility for AC orCooler in any room of all hostels in the college neither boys nor girls.

Good interaction with current senior students and as we are the final year students we also have to interact with many alumni students and they are always helpful and ready for any kind of information .

Through JEE Main Rank and Score then cumulative scoring then selection through JoSAA selection process which included selecting the choice of College and selection of required stream . Then we had to report at the nearby NIT for locking our seat and going in further round. And then i got Mechanical Engineering in NIT jalandhar

The faculty is well equipped with sufficient knowledge and experience. Have great amount of practical knowledge and theoretical skills. They teach very nicely in class Some equipments are not in working conditions in labs but still it works out.
