Remarks
Positive- placement for computer science and engineering department is very good you can easily find a job in here. You just have to maintain your cgpa and practice coding thats all they want. Negative- mess food in the hostel is worst.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course offered in this college is very good i got computer science in this NIT which is very good branch in order to get placement. In every semester there are three exams held by college - first mid term, second mid term and end term exam.
Placement Experience
Placement in computer science and engineering department is very good almost every student got their placement every year. Hardly one or two student don’t take placement because of their individual interests
College Events
Blitz, sports festival, dandiya night, ganesh chaturthi, spinx, technical festivals, diwali festival, holi festival, durga pooja, navratri pooja, all india inter nit sport festival, new year festival.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Personally Fee structure is little expensive for me. Specially hostel fee are more than expected with respect to quality of food, hostel, infrastructure. Instituitional fee are feasible. In every NIT you have to pay almost same amount of fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are lots of scholarship schemes available in the college. For better information you can visit dean welfare student section they will tell you best suited scheme for you. There are two banks in the campus. You can visit there if you want education loan.
Campus Life
It has very big campus. There is a big play ground for cricket, football, volleyball. You can run there if you want. There is a gymnastics in the campus. Also labs of the various department are very highly advanced. You can feel it when you get admission there.
Hostel Facilities
Yes i opted for hostel fecility of the college. Hostel is not upto the mark in the college. Most of the hostels are in very poor quality. Very old infrastructure. Hostel food is very poor. Mess condition is very poor.
Alumni/Alumna
Very strong network i would say. There are lots of facebook group, twitter pages, instagram pages to intract with alumni and senior students. Also every year yearly alumni meet held in college. To enhance communication between students and alumni.
Admission
Through IIT JEE mains exam. You have to get good rank in IIT JEE mains exam in order to get admission in any NIT in INDIA. Usually IIT JEE MAINS exam held in month of march in every year. Then you have to fill online counselling procedures for admission in NIT.
Faculty
Faculty of computer science and engineering department are very helpful. Head of department of computer science and engineering is also very supportive. You can ask help from anyone in the department i.e. professors, pHd scholar, mtech students etc
