Course Curriculum Overview

College is offering Post Graduate Diploma in Management. So they are following industry relevant syllabus. The syllabus is more industry-focused and makes each one of your better management professionals. The course includes industry internships and BME presentations which sharpens the skills.

College Events

Every year college hosts conclaves in respective domains inviting prominent speakers from industry, 2 day International conference focusing on the specialized theme, Inter and Intra college management festivals, Joseph's Premier League (Sports fest), CSR activities, Culturals, and rural outreach programs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Total course fees would be Rs.8,100,00/-, which need to be paid by 4 installments. 4 Lakhs in the first year and the remaining 4 lakhs in the second year. College offers a fee waiver program for academically excellent students from low-income families and also merit scholarships for excellent students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have selected for fee waiver scholarship which was based on CGPA score and family income. You will get recognition if you excel in your academics.

Campus Life

Since the institute is offering a PGDM course only, there would be a maximum of 360 students on the campus. In our batch gender ratio is 40 to 60 (male to a female), which includes students from all parts of the country. The college encourages sports activities and conducts sports league stretching over two months including 6 sports. The college has its own basketball, football, and cricket team.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is situated 1km from the college campus in a calm and quiet residential area. Well maintained rooms are available. The hostel is common for Commerce, law, MCom and PGDM students. A play area and bike parking facility are provided. You will get Vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food from the hostel mess. There are single and double sharing rooms available in the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network in the college is well strong and arrange alumni meet every year in which current student get a chance to interact with alumni's. College is having a separate portal for alumni networks.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
