One of the best college to gain knowledge and skills

The college is situated apprx 25km from the city. Eventhough buses are available,the time required to reach college from city centre is about 45minutes. The positive remark is that college also have a health centre with doctors and nurses.

Course curriculum seems to be less hectic and easy for students of all kinds. Elective subjects can be chosen according to students wish. The exam structure is like 50 marks internal marks from class tests and assignments and another 50 mark from final exam.

NITC is currently having good track records in placements. Different companies core as well as non core companies recruit from the college. During my course,college didn't offered any internship opportunities and we have to apply according to our wish.

The cultural event at NITC is named as RAGAM which take place during March April time in an year. Students from different colleges participate in different cultural and artistic events. Pro shows of famous bands will also be there. Technical fest in NITC is Tathva which take place during October month. Various seminars and technical events are there during the fest.

Fees structure is feasible as the MHRD is providing monthly stipend to all the pg students. The facilities offered by the college is very good and the current fees is quite viable with infrastructure provided by the institute.

E grants is provided to economically weaker section of students by the college. Under this scheme the students will be repaid the whole tuition fees and hostel charges on successful completion of the course with a threshold CGPA.

The college is having indoor badminton court, basketball court, tennis and volleyball courts. Grounds are available for both cricket and football seperately. Flood lights are also available till 11:55pm. The lab facilities are also quite good and all kinds of equipments are working in good condition.

Hostel charges varies from ?800 to ?1000 depending upon the hostel you are opting. The mess charges is like ?85 per day for non vegetarians and ?65 for vegetarians. This is also subjected to fluctuation on the basis of mess.

I just passed out from the college and we have good alumni network. During placement time some suggestions were given by the alumni and few companies having our alumni as employees also visited the college.

For getting pg admission in NITC, you have to qualify in GATE exams and obtain a cut off score prescribed by the institute. Once you are qualified in GATE exam through online portal you can apply for the college and based on your GATE score you will be admitted to the college. Certificate verification is there before the admission.

Faculty are from different states and are well versed in their field. They are up to date with the prevailing and future technologies. Mode of communication is English. Most of faculties are friendly and hence the class timings are flexible.
