Basic information about our college

If you really want to study in our college then please focus on that only. Don't indulge yourself in any kind of activities rather then studies. There are many political issues within college faculties and college students. Better you keep yourself away from those things.

Diploma is an undergraduate course it is not a degree as a result you can face some problems like you can't give some government exams or you can't expect promotions in company. But that doesn't mean you can't get any job. Students with financial problems can pursue this course easily after getting job then you can apply for b tech degree. Otherwise in diploma you have to give 6 semesters including two internal exams and one external.

The placement and job opportunities in our college is best for packaging department and mechanical department. Other departments have average placements and job opportunities. No our college don't provide any kind of internship.

Social College freshers Teacher's day Biswakarma Puja Saraswati Puja Anual Sports A temporary committee is created by the college faculties with the support of present third year students. The Committee is consist of four students from individual departments (exceptional, two from packaging and two from Electronics and instrumentation). Basically the third years students handle this events in the guidance of college faculties.

It is a government college so it's not expensive. Quite feasible. You have to pay approximately 250per semester and yearly you have to deposit approximately 1200 for all the cultural events to the students committee. Rs 1200 is not at all compulsory if you have financial difficulties you can discuss that matter with them.

I don't know. If any scholarship is available or not. But being a general candidate and an average student I have not experienced yet any kind of scholarship or loan facility. May be there is scholarship available for other students.

Labs in all departments are not so good at all. There is no extracurricular activities practiced here or focused here. Before Anual Sports for inter department cricket tournament cricket is practiced by the college students.

Hostel is provided for girls only. I don't know about the rate but the I heard the food in hostel is worse and the faculties really bad in behaviour. The hostel warden is not so good. One of my friend is very much suffering. So I suggest to avoid hostel.

They are helpful but not at all. They created a college group but there maximum time they gossip about political issues jokes and other stuff. Very rare they shared about some post related with jobs and some useful events.

I gave Jexpo exam or polytechnic there I ranked within 2500. I secured rank to be in a government college. I selected B.I.T in my first counselling in E.T.C department and fortunately thereafter I didn't have to face any issues regarding admission.

Faculty of our department i.e Electronics and telecommunication are very strict and they tried their best to support us to teach and help us in our studies. I don't know faculties of other departments so can't say anything about that.
