The college is a 3 tier college

The college's ranking is among top 10 private engineering college in West Bengal and it has many good things but one bad thing is it is located in sonarpur which quite away from main Kolkata and it has less places to play .

I'm doing Btech in ECE it's a very versatile branch from which we can either opt for core company jobs or for I.T company jobs. And as my college is in West Bengal it falls under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (makaut) formerly known as w.b.u.t and to get good marks in exams there's a book name ORGANIZER which comes just 2months before the main semester exam, it's really very helpful and I recommend that.

To talk about placements these days placement in engineering is not same as it used to be before but still our college is managing a good statics in that ground like last year 2019 in cse-94%out of 120 students ECE-89% ( " ) I.T - 91% out of 60 students

In my college there is four different clubs they are Xplorica : tech club culrav : cultural club Estrella : flim production clubs sportivo: sports club lastly theres a new club for entrepreneurship tht is ingenium all total including intra college and inter college fest there are 8 fests .

as this is a private engineering college it's fees structure is quite similar to other in its zone that is 3.8lacs for 4 years for college fees only a student loan option is available at the college just need to talk to the college office and they will arrange it for you.

there are four different clubs and they organize eight fests every year and labs are well equipped with necessary equipments and for sports we have basketball courts where we play everything except basketball and a football field which is ok for 5 a side football matches.

seniors are really friendly. I have more seniors as my friend than my actual classmates ragging is myth but theres a introduction session which last only the 1st one week of 1st semester and to talk about the alumni they are all well placed and some are even in u.s And UK.

I got this college through wbjee exam and was alloted by the wbjee exam board through counseling. for one's during the counseling when I was alloted to this college I went to the verification center which was in jadavpur University thn on 15th July I went the alloted college and did my final admission

To be true some faculties are really good there is even some iitans as well. but few faculties r boring while others are just moderate but if you pay attention in their class you'll be beneficial. Some teachers just teaches the important points of the syllabus, by this I mean the parts wheres the questions are usually asked from. while others go into the depth of the subject and they even tell the purpose of studying a particular topic and it's real life application.
