Student friendly college, college is situated in a temple town, every year during karthigai deepam lakhs of people visit the town, negative.buildings are closely built, area for playground is less.
Course Curriculum Overview
first year includes 3 subjects: 1.anatomy 2.physiology 3.biochemistry, each subject having 2 papers each for exam, exam will be conducted on august, 2nd year has 4 subjects, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, forensic medicine. FM has only 1 paper while other 3 has 2 papers each, 2nd year has a duration of 1 and half years, exam will be conducted on february, 3rd year has 3 subjects ent, ophthal, community medicine, final year has 4 subjects, medicine, surgery, paediatrics, OG, total 7 papers.
Placement Experience
1 year internship is there, with a monthly stiphend amounting rs.22000. it is done after completion of 4 and half year course, interns have posting in each departments for a specified time period.

Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible since it is a government medical college.only a nominal fee is leived from the student which is only 13500 per year, exam fees have to be paid seperately at the time of university exam, hostel facilities are free
Campus Life
sports, cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, college team has won many prizes for cricket and volleyball ball, they have won many intercollege sports meets, carrom, chess are also there
Hostel Facilities
I am staying in the college hostel, there is sepearate boys hostel and girls hostel for students and CRRI hostel for interns, there is no seperate fee for hostel, only a amount of rs 500 will charged per student for water, electricity, maintainance fee etc.
Alumni/Alumna
this college was started before 8 years, 2 batches have graduated. They have provided funds for events organized by the college, they are very helpful for guiding the students.
Admission
I wrote neet 2016 and i was in the merit list, my all india rank was 4500 and i got allotment to this college for collges in tamil nadu, first we have to get an eligibility certificate from MGR university and then come to their respective colleges for admission
Faculty
Good, friendly, kind, practical classes taken, taught how to mingle with patients, well versed in basic medical managements, each department having 5-8 professors, they take care of both students and patients
