Remarks
I am studying at government thiruvannamalai medical college in tamil nadu district which is under the MGR university.I didnt opt the college as such.I got my MBBS seat in this college by allotment.My first options were medical colleges in kerala. And i didnt get seat over there as my marks were not adequate. I have gone for one year entrance coaching in brilliant pala to get a seat for medicine. It was my parents wish and now ofcourse mine too.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is getting updated frequently as the medical field is getting updations day by day. My faculties are doing their best to teach us and they are sharing as much knowledge they could.Even in this lockdown they are taking online classes and teaching us properly without making any subject lag.
Placement Experience
No placement processes are there.after four and half year of mbbs course every student should undergo compulsory residential ship in the college itself and stiffant would be given monthly
College Events
The campus life was little bit boring as the academics are more concentrated over there. Still we have cultural and sports fest in between which are so enjoyable.The ACCELERATE, which is an intercollege sports event,FUOCO which is an intercollege cultural event are being conducted everyyear. Then all the festivals are getting celebrated.
Campus Life
Infrastructures over there are very good.we have 4 lecture halls with 150 seats each in our college and demorooms for each subject are also there. A large library with all medical books available over there.well equiped labs for all subjects.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is good. Rooms are large, well lighted and ventilated.3 per room are alloted.Hostel facilities are available for everone who are studying im the college.seperate hostels for girls and boys.seperate hostel for faculties,house sergens and nurses.2 hostel wardens.
