Course Curriculum Overview

This course is easy for commerce and business management students.Entrance exam contains maths and english. Maths contains general questions for 100 marks.It is little bit tough. And english is based on general topics for 100 marks.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are more after finishing the course.And internship is compulsory for this course.We must do internship for 30 days in one year to go to the next year.And the third year will be in France.

College Events

Ovations is celebrated once in a year.It is the biggest celebration of our college. Other than that our college celebrate pongal , ethnic day , christmas ,new year . Ovation will be celebrated grand .

Fee Structure And Facilities

It’s expensive. Fees for per semester is 70000 . That is for one year 140000 . For first two years the total fees is 280000 . And for the third year in France the fees will be around 700000 . It is comparatively more expensive than other course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The students may get 10 % to 60 % scholarship based on their academic performance and attitude towards the professor . But only few students may get scholarship . It is difficult to get scholarship .

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students having good exposure in france. Students who have finished the course were in good position.

Admission

At first I applied through online. And then I get call letter from the Loyola College to attend the entrance exam.And then in the same day afternoon I got selected in entrance exam and then attended interview.After one week I got call letter to join the course.

Faculty

The college faculty were most experienced persons. They really teach well and be free with students.They are ready to help any students at any time. They are kind with everyone. And they have more experience.

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples. Out syllabus covers almost everything that is required for a Political Science graduate. Faculties make it even more effective using assignments and their lectures. We also have inter-disciplinary courses.
