Positive things are ragging free environment, friendly seniors and faculties, flexible classes and negative things are like teaching quality is not Upto mark specially in labs proper equipments are not available
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college follows MAUKAUT curriculum. Each year we had two semesters and I'm each semesters we had two internal exams. Internal papers were set by college teachers and semester papers came from board
Placement Experience
Placements were very worse. Mostly all companies which came were bpo sectors and for the technical companies the criteria was set so high that most of the students were not eligible. No mass recruitment company came and few scam recruitment were also taken.
College Events
Events celebrated were very few. Tech fest occurs every year with very minimal involvement of people and the cultural fest happened twice in our four years course. Saraswati puja, Viskarma puja, annual day was celebrated with great pomp and joy.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure was quite normal just like normal BTech fees structure. After every semester we had Pay 40k to 50k penalties were charged for late submission . The caution money oF 5k is also given back after one year of course completion.
Fees and Financial Aid
I dint took any scholarships from college but yes there are some scholarships which joints entrance board offers for some needy students. Talking about loan facility it's not all available from college.
Campus Life
Every year we had cultural fest and technical fest apart from that every year some social welfare related activities are also done. Annul sports day and yearly football tournament used to occur. Lab activities were less.
Alumni/Alumna
College alumi group is not that active. I am not sure about it since I am not into alumni group that's why do not know about the alumni network procedure. Seniors students though are in touch but not from the college side
Admission
I applied for WBJEE which is state entrance exam for engineering. According to my rank I was alloted my college.After that i was been called by college to complete the details regarding admissions like collecting fees taking dress materials, fees book, library card.
Faculty
Until 2nd year college faculties were good and knowledgeable. But after that the standard of teaching went down. Practical classes were syllabus driven nothing out of that was been taught to us. During project making dint got any support from them.
