Remarks

Our college was nice but there is a big problem they are buying a huge amount on hostel fees and study fees The college building was nice and new building that is a good thing and teachers and all staffs are good

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is also a good course of good course and after completing this course with above 60 percentage marks we will got a good job And the exams easy to write good questions and teachers teaching nicely

Placement Experience

The placements are food technologist and food inspector and and other jobs we will got after completing our degree with above 60 percentage marks then college straight took job in foreign with starting salary above 40000.

College Events

In our college onam festival is here and that is big programme for malayali students all enjoying that day and another program janmashtami programme is here that is religious festival all students and teacher’s were enjoying that day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of our college very huge amount we paid 1st year 75000 thousand tuition fee and 99600 thousand hostel fee this is very large amount for this course other colleges have only 60000 thousand tuition fee and 55000 hostel rent

Fees and Financial Aid

In this college loan facility is available But they buying a large interest on loan that is big problem i know this college have loan facility and then i pay full amount of fees for the first year

Campus Life

The practical lab are good and microscopes are new and in practical lab 1st semester we have cooking and cooking is very easy extra curricular activities are here football and volleyball kabadi and other games are here

Hostel Facilities

I am in hostel in the hostel the foods are very bad and very difficult to eat this hostels food and they buying a large amount on hostel rent that is 99600 thousand and other facilities are good rooms are good

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni networks not here because they are final years they have a lot works and senior students are good they are also a helpfully for me and we playing together with them and they helps me to study

Admission

After my 12th exam result my brother ask what is your next plan i didn’t tell anything that time then my parents again ask to brother take admission on bsc food technology in mangalore then my brother took admission on shree devi college of hotel management

Good teachers are here teachers teaching well and very good college in all over the mangalore the college have good and new practical lab and good class rooms in the class cctv always watching students

My College Review

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
