Remarks

The college is good with placements and teaching and stuffs. The canteen is the biggest negative thing about the college. There is no cleanliness in the canteen and the food quality is also not good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course consists of 8 semesters covered in a span of 4 years. We have 6 subjects on an average in each semester. The exam structure is very similar of any other Mumbai University course, that is, there are 2 major exams and 4 smaller unit exams every year.

Placement Experience

4

The placements here are very good. Around 85-90 percent of the enrolled students get placed in the companies they appear for. Our college also help us to get internship in the final year of the course where students get around 20-25k as stipend.

College Events

2.5

We have one Cultural festival named Aspire and one major Technical Festival named Ambrosia in which we have a lot of events and there are also many volunteers who manage these events in a very organized manner.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure here is 1 Lakh per year, give or take 5 thousand. This figure is for the Open category which I guess is feasible. The SC/ST category students have a pretty less annual fee than Open category students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no scholarships or load facility available in our college. But the university offers us with a scholarship of merit cum means. In this if we have scored more than 70 percent in the previous major examination we are eligible for this scholarship.

Campus Life

3.5

There are many extra curricular activities in our college, from which mostly are present in our annual festivals. There are cricket, football and other indoor games. We also have Industrial Visits in different cities all around India.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I haven't opted for hostel facility. But I have my friend who have opted for hostel. According to him the hostel is decent with all the required facilities. The rooms are a bit smaller. They need to share the same room between 2-3 people.

Alumni/Alumna

There is a minimum network between the college and the alumni of the college. Mostly the faculty have contacts only with those senior students who are available to conduct any guest lecture in college.

Admission

I appeared in an entrance examination named CET (Common entrance test). The merit list of this examination led me into this college. There are various fields for which we can opt for. For example Computer, Civil, Automobile, Electronics, etc.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is very supportive and have enough knowledge about the specific subject. They even help us for our training and placement in the upcoming companies, which is really helpful to us in many ways.
