Good college that provides basic needs of what every student wants. Good support all the time. Faculty comes in handy whenever you need any help from them in academics. Good counselling facilities as well.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is completely based on blooms taxonomy levels. Coming to the exam structure, we have 3 internal tests which carries 30-40% weightage to the final score and 60-70% of the final exam which we take, so called end semester examination.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities in our college is not bad as compared to other colleges, the basic package starts from 3 LPA and till now the highest I know was about 12LPA. College provides internship facilities to students where they are tested before. I've never tried for any internship via college, but I did two internships.
College Events
Our college conducts academic events like hackathons where they provide a large hall with the capacity about 200 students. People from various colleges are allowed to participate in such activities and they also conduct cultural events like yarona.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure when I joined was reasonable and now they changed the fee structure because they made certain changes in the college like construction of an international hostel, adding extra departments etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
I've not availed any loan from my college. Our college do provide loans for students for educational purposes. They also sometimes students with some money when their project is good but the budget is high than the students budget.
Campus Life
Our college is famous for football and basket ball. They have separate courts for all kinds of games. Some of them football, cricket, volleyball, basketball. They also provide dance classes, music classes, gym etc. They also provide basic labs depending on the stream or depts of students
Hostel Facilities
No from the first year I've been staying outside, but they provide basic essentials like Wi-Fi, good maintenance of rooms, providing good food. They recently constructed international hostel which has good environment etc.
Alumni/Alumna
I've got no contact with any of my senior students. But as of what I heard they are pretty much supportive towards students and they help you in any kinds of doubts regardless if it is about job or higher studies.
Admission
We got a broker initially to make our process easier, we talked with the management about the admission. On looking at my merit, they gave me 50% scholarship. This is how I got an admission in this college.
Faculty
They are very well trained and they have an experience to handle all kinds of students. They clear students doubts at ease. They always try to find easier ways to teach students in such a way that they don't feel or face any kind of difficulty in the subject. They give assignments to the students time to time. They always help you in your academics any time
