Remarks
Campus is a bit small but is well managed. Teachers don't interfere much with students. Syllabus has become a little outdated as compared to what's happening and taught in other colleges. You can come and go as you please The college gate is never closed.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exam curriculum consists of syllabus from 11th and 12th physics, chemistry and maths. Everything that is taught while you prepare for jee mains.Mainly the questions asked are from previous years exams of jee mains. The exam consists of 150 mcq questions that has to be completed in 3 hrs
Placement Experience
Placement is overall good. Average package is 4.5 lakh and placement is around 80 percent.Companies like Accenture , TCS and Infosys are mass recruiters they take around 150 students each.Apart from that companies like paytm, amazon, Microsoft ,IBM ,Mahindra also visit for placements.
College Events
There are various societies like dramatics and music.They have their various events. Apart from that festivals like independence day , Republic day and all Sikh festivals are celebrated. College fest Techsurge and Mridang happens every March of the year with various events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is 1,25,000 rupees that not much expensive for a Btech college. It contains university fees andTutions fees. You can opt for book bank that provides you books for all semester with rs. 5000 extra that is refundable at the end of 4 years
Fees and Financial Aid
College doesn't provides scolarship however If you are under ews or any other reservation you can apply for scholarship to the university. GGSIPU refunds university fees if a student is in need and rarely can even give you full scholarship.
Campus Life
There aren't much extracurricular activities by college. Activities are mainly by societies in college. Sports facilities are good.There is a playground, basketball ground , Tennis ground and Badminton. Every year sports fest is organised with various sports. Labs are well maintained. Every aparatud is kept in good condition and lab assistants are really helpful.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no as such an alumni network.However from this year our college has started hosting a senior junior interaction program. Where students who have already been placed at companies talk about preparation and requirements for companies and about their college life.
Admission
First fill out online form of ipu cet exam(Btech) . Before 4-5 days of exam you receive admit card that contains your centre . Then give exam of after some days I got my rank in exam. Then register at IPU admissions website.Then fill choices of my college preference And from that college is alloted according to choice and your rank. After that a day is fixed by the college for filling out forms and the forms are deposited along with the fees And new session starts from 1 August
Faculty
College faculty is really helping. If you want to study they will help you if not they won't force you. Attendance is not an issue in college.If you want to pursue a course or internship teachers might help you. All the teachers have depth knowledge about the subject.Many teachers are PhD in the same fields. Practicals are conducted regularly and explained thoroughly.
