Good College

At first, you will hate the college. I specially hated the college canteen. But yeah. College koi bhi ho, sab gaaliya dete hai. Dost acche banao, memories banao and give your best. I missed alot of these things.

The course curriculum was good and there was a lot of competition spirit among the student. My batch was supportive and we helped each other with studies prep and everything. Exams are held as 2 Unit exams during your sem of which average score is considered.

Placements are good. The placement is good. Many students got places in tech/non-tech companies and roles. One must have knowledge of the current needs of the market. Since different companies require different skillset, one must at least start preparing a week before.

SPANDAN, SPARX and TRANSMISSION are the three events that are held every year. Spandan is an annual fest whereas Sparx is a sports event. Transmission is a tech based event wherein you can use your head and build some tech.

The fee structure is feasible when compared to other colleges. However, one should check with the scholarship department to apply for various scholarships. (but there are a lot of documentation work that you'll have to do which is time consuming and will make you lose focus on your studies.)

EBC is a scholarship that one can apply for. Make sure that you keep your fee receipt of the first year handy as you will also get Rs.2500 once you complete the course. I lost mine so yeah. A loss of Rs.2500 for that.

I did not play much of sports or tried any activities but there are many things like a basketball court, football ground, table tennis, carrom .etc. If you stay nearby the college then you are a lucky bast.

They are pretty much helpful. Just make sure you connect with them personally. They would be more than helpful. Also, few of them might have ego issues like every other college students have. But you get what you give.

I passed the JEE mains exam and after the CAP list was announced I took the admission in this college. Now for the first CAP round I got Pillais, Panvel, I felt stupid for not taking admission there. But I'm happy I took admission here. (I got in through the second CAP list.)

Faculty of the college is well equipped with knowledge and are supportive. But I would suggest that you should have a conversation with the teachers and be interactive during the lecture since it's your need to know the subject in-depth. They are always there to help.
