I had entered into my college through wbjee. And my rank was 4675 to complete my passion i got admitted.

My course is about instrumentation and controlling.uses different technique for automation.if we want to real life example i.e is air condition. We have subjects on analytical instrumentation, process control and control system. We can use our course knowledge in robotics also.

My college internship is in NTPC.It was one month program. The college referred us but unfortunately no stipend offered but it was a really good experience. Lot of things there to learn.

Luckily I am Placed in TCS. Package is 3.5 lakhs per annum After completing my 3rd year a lot of company came to our college for campusing purpose. College taught us how to get selected in different company.

There are several events take place in our college, e.g EDGE, ANACHRONOUS, RITOVO, ROBOFEST etc. EDGE is one of the largest tech fest in West Bengal. There are many events such as ROBOTICS, QUIZ, CHESS etc.

Our fees is 40000 for each semester.And we have total 8 semester in four years.It is expansive for poor students but there is many scholarship opportunity for them.

Depending on financial background a student can get national scholarship. College also help students to get education loan from national banks. There is also scheme named as Tution fees waver scheme. Students under this scheme need to pay less money.

College is the best thing ever happened to me.There is a field in our college. We used to play football there with our friends and also organized many tournaments.There is diversity of religion, financial status and gender but there is no intolerance. We love each other a lot.

There is no hostel system in our college. We stay as paying guest near college. They charge 5000 for each month.

We have a alumni function named ritrovo in our college.Usually we organize events. Many seniors come and give their special speech.Seniors have told us many important details about placement. Which helped us to get placed in MNCs.

We have two semester exams in a year and two internals for each semester.Semester exams are organized by WBUT. It is mandatory to pass every exam.

Our college Faculty is very helpful and good. In our any problem they have came and stood beside us and for education purpose the have also taken some extra classes.
