Remarks

Good thing is they are liberal with attendance and if you are looking for normal bcom college it is good.

Entrance Preview

Basis marks of 12th Standard. I secured 80% and I had no problem in getting the admission. So that is pretty easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

It involves 4 years with Yearly annual and semi annual exams and 8 subjects every year. You have to clear all the subjects and in detail clear all the subjects.

Internships Opportunities

There is no internship required in my college. However I was doing CA so I did internship in PWC where in I was earning 7000 per month. Then in HSBC I was earning 21000 per month.

Placement Experience

College Events

There were drama, quiz sports, dance festival, annually for all the age groups and also things were happening. They had a winning cricket, dance and basketball team.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees was moderate. It was 20000 for each year. Also there were no hidden terms or no amounts were taken from us in between the year.So I would rate moderate.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have never availed any scholarship from college. So there is no knowledge of the same available. I am also not aware of any such scheme.

Campus Life

Alumni network is very weak, as most of the students were only there to do a side course and mainly focused on other things, so it didnt make any difference for them and never intend to be in touch,

TCSC is tremendous!

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Mba colleges

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.

TCSC is tremendous!

Admission was on 12th score as cut-off for Maharashtra board students was 78% and for other boards if from Maharashtra it was 84%. For OMS (Outside Maharashtra) it was 88%. So I was in that 84 % bracket and made it just by edge as mine was 86%. Nearly 300 seats and over 30k students compete for that....Read More
