A review on Bangalore institute of technology

There is both negative and positive about my college first I will brief with positive,it has experienced teaching faculty,the teachers are supportive,there are many student clubs in college where one can always keep oneself busy.Next coming to the negatives college is under VTU which is too much outdated,they have unnecessary subjects, portions (the portions are vast).

The course curriculum is good as I am a computer science student the department is very experienced and supportive,we can go to their staff rooms with any kind of doubt,they make sure students are comfortable.There are three internals in the college which would comprise 40 marks later in the sem exams we write it for 100 marks ( 20 marks from each module) later it is scaled down to 60 marks. Combination of out internals and externals we obtain the marks.

The best thing in the college is it's placements and job opportunities our college has 100 percent placements for cs/is/ec, around 75 percent for other branches.Many companies come for placements around 200 companies visit every year.

There are many events celebrated in my college there is a fest which is known as manthan. There is a kabaddi event know as le panga organised by rotract club,there is mini cricket organised by leo club, similarly there are around 8 clubs which organises many events including quiz. Ganesha festival is celebrated in college. Ethnic day is also celebrated.

The fee in Bangalore institute of technology is feasible it is around 85 thousand if we join through kcet and it's around 1.5 lakh if we join through comedk exam. There is exam fee to be paid before every sem exams.

Yes our college do support loan for backward classes and sc/st.The students with lower income can also avail scholarship by SNQ quota.The college also has a department where the students can give their ideas for projects and if they are approved the college funds for those projects.

There is no big ground in the college but in the quadrangle sport's can be played,there are nets for volleyball and badminton.Once a year there is kabaddi event (le panga) ,also there is a mini cricket both the event's are organised by the student clubs like rotract and leo.

Yes alumni network and seniors are very helpful they always guide us.They help us in studies too,they give many tips and methods to improve academics and there is no ragging in the college.The alumni also give speeches which is very helpful,they give us the confidence to become success.

I had to write kcet and than according to ranking we get to choose college's.Than according to the seat availability the allotment of seats are done.The admission process is not too much lengthy , one can also join the college through comedk.

The faculty is very supportive, experienced. special attention is given to each students by assigning proctor to each one they keep track if academics, attendance. The college staff is also good , sometimes the classes and bathrooms are not clean enough
