Life in and after DDUC

College is full of positives except for some major negatives that include lack of a proper play ground or a proper placement cell. Also college has no transportation facilities, in future I hope someday our college has some facilities that encourages and eases the student to reach the college more comfortably and reliably.

Its totally practical focused. You aren't taught anything out of focus from the main stream market. You get to learn and specialise in your respective stream. Its good to be at DDUC cause ot has an air conditioned campus with well qualified teachers.

Well, frankly speaking about the placement opportunities they aren't much here specially for the science courses. You couldn't easily be placed somewhere in a well growing Multi nationals by just being a graduate for that you need to have some specialization as the demands these days ate quite high. Although we have a placement cell here which provides various internships throught the year.

We have lots and lots of events every day across the college accepting intra and inter college participations. Regularly, workshops are organised to make students aware of various highlights across the globe. We have our annual fest under the name KALRAV which is Lit Soc and cultural festival sponsored by big names like pepsi yes bank and this list goes on endlessly with a foot fall above 10k.

Fees is minimal. You'll pay the amount lesser then you paid while completing your primary classes in any of the private instituitions across the nation. Although, some courses like computer science and BMS have a higher annual fess but that too is comparatively very low. You even get various scholarships under the schemes run by government and the college itself.

You will be notified about all the scholarship schemes of the college as soon as you are admitted to be the art of college family. We have various scholarships of various amounts for economically weaker sections and unfortunately for lower castes of the Indian tradition (I wish someday in india we can truly be secular in terms of religion and castes).

We have a five floored library with books from authors all over the world. All laboratories are regularly updated as per the needs and demands of the students with the latest equipments from the market. Although we some where lack in the sports as we don't bhave a proper play ground for any of the outdoor games.

We've built up a strong alumni network connecting most of the alumni from all the years from all around the world. You get to learn and be updated from this about latest trends in the industry and the requirements.

I got admitted via my 12th percentage. It was quite an easy process you just have to register at Delhi University website with a registration fees of 250 rupees and then the University release various sets of cutoff lost for different colleges and the courses if you qualify for the cutoff just visit the college and get the admission done.

They are well qualified and well trained and selected after a tough procedure. They all are experts in their respective fields. Its a pleasure being taught by these teachers or rather I should well qualified professors.
