Remarks
If you want to have a technical degree with low cost, you can join but doesn't expect a good package and a fascinating college life. You should also know little bit of Bengali for your convenience because bangali student are given preference more than non Bengali students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is enforced according to the Makaut. It is implemented in a decent manner. As per exam are considered two mid semester exam is conducted along with two class test. The semester exam is conducted according to the Board.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are average. Many companies like Wipro, Mahindra and Byjus approach for selection with average package and select above 50 % of the student. As per my knowledge our college doesn't provide any internship.
College Events
All national holidays like independence day , republic day, techers day are celebrated in nice manner. The college also organise functions on saraswati puja and Vishwakarma Puja. Farewells and freshers are conducted every year. Blood donation and health checkup and all social service events are also organised. College also conduct feat and EDM nights for enjoyment of student.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is feasible. Graduation is completed around 50000 rupees. Per semester costs around 40000 - 45000 for Btech courses and others courses are also very feasible. Fee is demeanded at the end of semester
Fees and Financial Aid
The college itself does not provide any scholarship or loan faculties but it allows the bank loan facility or the government scholarship programmes.The loan facility is linked to the college after verification.
Campus Life
The labs are well equipped with modern facilites and faculties. The lab assistant and teacher help the student every time. Sports and athletic functions are also organised at regular interval. A healthy sports environment is maintained during the tournament
Hostel Facilities
Hostel has nice infrastructure but talking about the facilities and food it is a wastage of money. The food is not upto the mark. Hostel has wifi for students but the exhausting system is not so good. Water supply is also not good.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni and seniors are well supportive and cooperative. They have a friendly behaviour. Any one can approach at any time for help. I myself had approached many times for my studies problem and personal problem.
Admission
You should atleast score above 45 marks in Maths Science and English and you should atleast appear in Jee Mains. You can also join through the counselling of your WebJee rank. You should carry all the necessary documents at the time of admission.
Faculty
Faculties are well qualified and experienced in their respective subjects. They are very helpful. There are seperate lab assistant for every course. They are very cooperative as well. The faculties are very friendly and anyone can approach them for any sort of problem.
