No extra curricular activities are provided. Only STUDY. No such availability of amusement. Productivity is good but it can be done in a more better way. After all I love my college very much. No other reviews.
Course Curriculum Overview
Many courses are provided like Agriculture, Agricultural engineering, Forestry, Fishery, Veterinary science and animal husbandry, community science etc. Entrance exam question paper consists of 200 questions fir which 2 hours of time is being provided. No negetive marking. Syllabus totally from 12 th course.
Placement Experience
In this case it is not satisfactory. Job opportunities are very less. Internship is only for 2 months. They provide a stipend of 8000 rupees per month. Placements are around 2 to 3 percent which is not enough.
College Events
Throughout the year many functions are being arranged. Dramatics, Athletic and Literary are the three main functions which are arranged. All students are given chance for participation. Several other religious functions are also being arranged.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is somewhat expensive for a middle class family. It costs on an average 8 lacs in total for veterinary course and 4 lakhs for other courses. 2 types of seats are there. One is free seat and another is cost sharing. I have mentioned above the cost sharing seats.
Fees and Financial Aid
Huge scholarship is being given by the government for category students. Unfortunately there is no such facility for general students. Around 50000 rupees scholarship is given to each SC and ST candidates. (terms and conditions applicable)
Campus Life
Labs are average. Not so advanced but minimum facilities are available. I love the way the teachers and lab assistants show the practicals in front of us. A student wiol surely enjoy the laboratory facilities. For sports average facilities are there.
Alumni/Alumna
Every 2 years an alumini function is being arranged. Students from all the colleges come to our college to enjoy the function. Senior brothers and sisters are very helpful. They also guide us during our studies.
Admission
After the entrance examination there will be counselling, where admissions are done on merit basis. 50 percent from entrance exam, 25 percent from 10th marks and 25 percent from 12th mark are taken to calculate an aggregate score. Thereafter admission proceeds on merit basis.
Faculty
Most of the facilities are pass out from our college only. They are very excellent teachers. They are student friendly as well as helping in nature. They create a healthy atmosphere for the students.
