A good college with practical knowledge

Our college has various clubs for which we can willingly register. Several clubs such as sports, drama, music, nature, photography etc types of clubs are available. We have computer labs wherein we are taught tally. Also the fee is very high

The syllabus is pretty good and the importance placed is not only on the written exams. We have Marks for attendance, assignments, projects etc. The exam structure is a trimester pattern. The exams are both internal as well as external.

My batch is the golden batch which means that the college turned out to be autonomous. The placement and jobs offered are great. Companies such as Godrej L&T etc have a tie up. Yes we did have internships in the second year in the areas of finance, sales, digital marketing etc.

Many co curricular activities take place in our college such as sangit bharti a musical fest. Every year the most awaited program is Enthusia. The name itself describes the energy and fun. We have parichay as an event for introduction of students.

The fee structure is expensive. I would say that the fee is on the high end. Our batch being the first batch is charged 1.75 lakh per year whereas the new batch is charged around 2.30 lakhs per year. I personally feel this college is expensive

Our college might be having certain scholarships but I am completely unaware of those scholarships. I dont know any details of it. I wish I had known. I can't describe about it when I dont know any of the things.

The alumni that we have came under SPPU that is savitribai phule pune university but our batch is the first one where the college got autonomous. So there isn't really a bond between us. However the alumni are called upon for speeches. They are helping.

I had filled the Online application and I had appeared for the entrance exam. A computer based 100 Mark test. Various categories were covered in those questions.I was then called up for personal interview wherein I was judged by the person who interviewed me. Also I had to write about my role model and why the person was my role model. The results were then disclosed.

The faculty that we have is well experienced in the subject matter. They provide us with the current examples of the world related to our subjects which help us in the real world situation. The emphasis is placed on practical knowledge.
