A good step to get into a better college

It depends on individuals about how they feel here. Mostly many negatives come from hostel mess. There wont be any non vegetables here. They didn't it allow inside campus. SASTRA doesn't take responsibility for catering mess. The outside caterings will come and provide mess here

Here the course curriculum is pretty good. For 4 years there will be 207 credits. students have to pass all those credits to get a degree. When it comes for the examination it is very talented. You can learn everything from this. The exam pattern consists of internals and externals. The internal exam will be taken for 50 marks and they will reduce this as for 20 marks.There will be 3 continuous assesment exams, in which 2 of them will be selected. Professors will be giving other 10 marks based on his/her performance in class, quiz, assignments etc. The external exam will be taken for 100 marks again this will reduce as 50. The whole addition of internals and externals will decide the marks.

SASTRA is sure for 85% of the placements. many of my seniros got better jobs offers. Here the respective training and placements staff provide lectures on interviews. So the students will take intrrviews easily.Yes SASTRA is providing internship at sastra TBI. But i didn't get into internship here.

There will be 3 mode of events Sports fest-- Colosseum Techincal fest-- Daksh Cultural fest-- kuruksastra Colloseum is is all for sports. If your intrest is on sports you can go and play. The other colleges will be coming to play. Tournaments will be conducted according to that who got first and second will get prizes Daksh is all for technical events.you can explore everthing there. Kuruksastra is all for entertainment. Its all about stage performances.

It is so feasible. Comparing to all other universities SASTRA is best at its fee structure. The first semester will be around 60000. Later for every semester there will be an 2500 increment. The hostels fee structure will be from 10000 to 20000 based on type of hostel you select. The mess charges are quite appreciable.

Yes SASTRA is providing scholarship for students who has more academic percentage. Yes if you're well in exploring and studying everything you learn you can avail this scholarship. They will also be provii loan for students given by the banks which was located in inside campus only.

Coming to extra curricular activities. The labs were good. The technician's who are handling machines will explain everything about it. The respective proffessor will come and clear all our doubts. For sports you can play all sports here. There is ground for cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, baseball,tennis courts. For badminton and table tennis and other indoor games indoor stadium is there.

Yes i have opted hostel here. The infrastructure what you expect doesn't go wrong. Here the entire infrastructure is at its best. Clean and neat hostels. For every 3 days there will be a proper cleaning. The water and electricity facilities are pretty good.

Yes the senior students are so helpful. They will be in touch through WhatsApp and instagram groups. They will come here during events and they will motivate and entertain us a lot. Each one will discuss about their current working field.

There are two ways to get an admission. one is via jee mains rank and other through intermediate marks. And i have gone through intermediate marks. I got 987 marks in andhra pradesh board. So i applied for sastra. Here they will give sastra merit rank according to the marks we got. So when i came sastra for counselling i got a better rank and i chose mechanical engineering.

The faculty is too good. They were all ph.d scholars. They will do justice for one hour class.they are so interactive type. The way they are teaching can explain even a duller student. They will take care for every student in academics. If the respective student did not score well they'll him/her what the problem they are facing to learn. So they try to solve those problems
