Remarks
It is one of the best nits and better than many iits also if we get into a good branch. Though there has been suicides my branch profs aren't that strict and I don't know much about other branches.
Course Curriculum Overview
On par with iits and very good curriculum in my department. The exam structure is continuous evaluation with quizzes and exams along with assignments and tutorials.
Placement Experience
Since I am in my second year I don't know much about placements but there is high percentage of ppl getting placed and internships in 3rd year.
College Events
There are 2 main fests celebrated. One is engineer it is a techfest. Other one is incident a cultural fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is feasible as it is a government college and there are lesser fees for obc and sc/st.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you have income certificate and if your income is below 5 lakhs you have a rebate if income is lesser than 1 lakh even higher rebate is given.
Campus Life
Labs are good and updated. There are many sports competitions happening in most of the games. There's NCC and NSS also if you are interested.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels aren't that good but the food in a few blocks are good.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors conduct clubs through which we get to know many seniors. They help a lot. Alumni funds many startups here.
Admission
We get admission based on jee mains exam and applying in josaa and we can give the preferences of our iits and nits and based on our rank we will be admitted into the college. There are reservations.
Faculty
Faculty for first year wasn't good. From second year it is better. They are well aware of the curriculum and teach very well.
