Course Curriculum Overview

They all are good. The total system is very good. Still at some point the college need to be very careful. The professor was very kind hearted and friendly. I never fill pressure in giving any examination or viva.

No i hadn't get a job from my college. And i am not sure about my college have intern or not. I never tried to get job from my college. I think i am able to find a better job than my friends who had got a job.

Our college celebrate everything of bengali festival like saraswati puja, viswakarma puja, beside this we celebrate teachers day, childrens day, women's day, gandhi jayanti, rabindra jayanti, independence day, farewell ceremony, cultural programme.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive. I don't know what i can say more than 200 wards? It's expensive fir me because it's about 2.5 lakhs i have spent in three years of studying. I don't know that if it would be expensive for anyone elese.

I have entered through direct admission. At firat i have done my diploma in civil engineering at a government college named K.G.E.I. and then i went to Mallabhum Institute of Technology for my bachelor degree in civil engineering through lateral entry.

Faculty

All of my faculty was very good they were very friendly person and kind hearted also. I often used to spend time with them and it was a nice time with them. They never pressurised me or other student.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The eligibility criteria for this course is that you should be 12th pass with the average 60% marks in physics, maths, chemistry. Or else you should have done polytechnic and then you can apply for this course. You can find the application form in the college as well as on the website of college portal as well. The application form fees is 500rs only and after that you have to pay the registration fee of 5000rs and along with the first semester fee and some other categories fees which will cost you around 42,000rs. Admission process is very easy not so much complicated and it is also with very less paperworks.
