Remarks
The best thing about the college is that there are no ragging cases and almost everyone is friendly there are some off things about college such as infrastructure and small campus and canteen but overall it is pretty good
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum feels outdated Exam structure: (every semester) 2 internal assessment tests-20 marks each Assignment-10 marks Viva & practicals-25 End semester exams- 80 marks The total marks per subject goes around 100 to 150
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities are very mediocre here the current highest package is 3.5lakh pa. Yes college provides internship but i haven't enrolled so don't know much about stipends and does not have experience
College Events
There is a cultural fest called xavion A tech fest call detroix Sports event We also have different clubs such as: -ROTRACT club of KC College of engineering -YRAC -IETE These are technically as well as not technical clubs and they creat a nice atmosphere by continuously arranging events
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure varies from cast to cast For obc the fee is feasible while for open it is a little to expensive, even after the full fees there are another expenses like exam form fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are book loans in which college provides students with all the required material in a paperback format without any charges there a railway concession given to students who travel through railways and there are different scholarships for fee waiver
Campus Life
On a scale of 1 to 10 Extracurricular activities are 7, there are industrial visits aranged for students so that they can see what is going on in the industrial world while there are also feild trip to bond and be comfortable with the people around. The sports are good but due to a small campus there are many things we have to adjust in. Labs are pretty well equipped with instruments and others usefull things
Alumni/Alumna
The alumnis are great and are very helpful. There are seminars conducted by are faculty where the past alumins and students interact and get a idea of what is the condition of the outside world and what are some in-demand skills, while our seniors are also helpfull and quick to solve our doubts
Admission
I cleared the entrance exams and then filled the rolled out form in which we have to select the college we want then after a week or so there comes a list which allots us a college from our given College according to our entrance scores then we to submit our documents those documents are verified and then then admission process is continued
Faculty
The non teaching staff is pretty good and their behaviour is also nice. The teaching staff has a good grasp on the subject and the delivery of the subject is also very good some, extra sessions are conducted on doubt solving and innovative teaching methods are tried to explain stuff easily.
