Remarks

Good best and top class college. It is very accessible to reach and it is situated in the side of NH at Alappuzha. It is very good to do MBBS course here as we come across what is needed for the basic knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview

Good. It's on yearly basis. Conducted by KUHS. It's the University at Thrissur, Kerala dedicated for the medical and allied courses. It is very efficient and punctual as compared to other current universities in Kerala

Placement Experience

Being a professional College placement is not a matter of problem. We can work at any place in India under our licence obtained through our course. Internship can be done in our college. It's very congested but better stipend

College Events

Every events whether be arts or sports. Holi, eid, onam, Christmas, Ramadan, sports fest , Independence day republic day. Official as well as non official programs are conducted by union as well as college authority

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes being govt college it is very little and is a amount of 25000 per annum. It is very useful for everyone including lower economic class. It is may not be a problem for most of the students in our college.

No scholarship is rented by our college but centrl and state govt gives us many scholarship including MOMA , egrants, etc. Various other scholarships are given by various private sectors which are very useful

Campus Life

They are good and our college has one of the best result in such activity as well as in studies. Labs and hospital facilities are very adequate here for the studies and the course it is very pleasant that basic needs are fullfilled

Yes we have a broad network of seniors who are dedicated to the college and various other activities held in the college they often have provide financial aid as well as other helps to our students and our union

Admission

Via Kerala Medical Entrance and by allotment process carried out by the state government. The allotment process is purely based on the rank list published by the state government based on the KEAM exam.

Faculty

Best faculties available. They are recruited by the state government on the basis of PSC exams. They are required a minimum post graduation degree. But shortage of staff is still a problem at our medical college

Even though a bit tight and rushy, this is in fact the best curriculum provided and followed by all medical colleges in kerala. The frequency of exam is high and difficulty level is as same as that of KUHS. This provides relevant experience for the students to weite the university exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's always relevant to the content being taught by the teachers. They always use application based questions to prepare us for a real life situation as well. First aid training was also completed. Some of the teachers are very interactive while some not. Short exams are conducted on a weekly basis while internal exams are conducted every 2/3 months. Not that difficult but it isn't that easy either. Very strict checking, nothing is liberal.

Great for academics

The course is a pretty hard one i must say but the feeling of putting on a white coat and looking after patients is surreal and that's the main essence of the job. The curriculum is very vast but each subject is important in its own way. The exams are all conducted in such a way that there's enough time for us to prepare .
