College must be tough to you, Student counseling is the worst. Not all classes are fully air-conditioned. College is near village Begampur , 6.3 km from Rithala Metro red line ,you have to travel in gramin sewa to reach college !! college surrounding area is very dull not much attractions.

Course Curriculum is fucked up , In 1st sem you have your 1st internal exams & then External practicals & then Externals & same in 2nd sem. In 3rd sem you have two internals & internal practical viva & external practical & then External exams, same in 4th. you are gonna so fucked up !!! exams hi exams.

College saye they have 100% placement but that's not true , There are placements. Accenture & Infosys come & took 250-350 students,amazon took 2 or 3 students,indian army took 1 student.Almost all company come here are tech.No companies for Mech. branch. Average pack is 3-4 lakhs. Highest package is 10-12 lakhs. You have to do internship in your 3rd year but don't depend on college, do on your own

For Freshers (1st year wale) ek Freshers' hawan. & annual sports function & annual function (not celebrated in college but in main campus USIT). No celebrations in college. Hmm, A WAVE fest is organised in audi where Vivek Bindra comes & do bounce back.

Fee is expensive in MAIT. FOR 1st year you have to pay 1,15,700 2nd year - 1,10,700 3rd- 110700 4th -110700 So you have to pay around 4.5 lakhs to get a engg. degree & get a job of 30 thousands. If you only want a degree then go for govt college like Ambedkar ,has fees around 75k.

there's only one scholarship gives by ipu EWS.You have to fill a form Scholarship upto 60%.procedure is long. you have to visit main campus many times for ews category your parent's salary must be under 2,50,000. Also available for generals.No loan facility , you have to take a loan from bank etc.

Yes, Seniors are helpful.You get help easily.In societies there are seniors they guide you.You got problem in coding, there are many mentors you got there !! Alumni network not available. if you don't want to get bored in college join a society where you can make friends or do some other projects.

I gave entrance examination of IPU-CET ( Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University - Common Entrance Test) in May 2018. & I passed the exam & selected for counseling & I paid refundable fees for counseling around 25k , & in 3rd round of counselling I got seat in MAIT in IT branch. & then I submitted required documents in a college of GGSIPU ( IPU gives details where to submit docs ) & then I went for MAIT to pay annual fees & submit remaining documents in the college. & that's how i got admission in MAIT (IPU) Delhi.

Faculty - Teachers are good but lab assistants are very rude , you have to make a bond with teacher to get good marks otherwise you have to work very hard, attendance doesn't matter very much as compared to other colleges !! College is a race just run ,run & run.
