There is no option of placement like the engineering colleges have, where the companies come to take the students. We have great opportunity of jobs in Agriculture sector, banking sector etc.Yes for Biotechnology and food technology students they provide internship of 3 months and also they provide stipend.

College Events

4

As our college is a part of University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore,we get a chance to host Youth Fest and it will be a great Festival for us.Ethnic day to show case our tradition by wearing our traditional dresses and College day to show case our various talents

Fee Structure And Facilities

Compared to other colleges like engineering and medical our fees structure is very feasible,as our college is a government college, there is no need to explain much about the fees structure. The fees structure is in such way that it is affordable to middle class family.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provide both Merit and General scholarship for the students who score highest marks in the class, they also helps the students to take the loan from the various banks by providing the fees structure.

Campus Life

2.5

For extracurricular activities Youth fest is the best place,we can enjoy each and every moment with Dance,Drama, singing,Literary events etc. Labs are good with good infrastructure,to get the practical knowledge it is the best place.Sports are good.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes,for getting suggestions on various post graduation program or job opportunity after the completion of graduation we take the help of the seniors. They guide in a great manner for us to get to know about the further things after graduation.

Admission

After completing our pre university college we have to write a Common Entrance Test conducted by our State Examination Board. To get a entrance in our college they will take 50% of our Common Entrance Test performance and 50% of our PUC marks.Even ICAR exam is there to get admission.

Actually we have a good faculty who are well experienced in their field like Entamology, pathology, biochemistry etc and their teaching style is good. Not only theory but they also concentrate more on the practical work too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was very well structured with both theoretical and Practical exposure. The curriculum is designed in such a way that they are very relevant to real world , this also prepare the students to the real world applications and further academic pursuits. The improvements can be made in the practical part of the courses. There must be regular field visits and utilisation of funds to bring innovation. The internal exam would be after 2 to 2.5 months after the commencement of the semester and practical exams would be immediately after 10 days of the internals. The external or final exams would be after a month of practical exams. There will be enough time to prepare for the exams from the commencement of the semester but there will be no study holidays and gaps between the exams.
