The college course curriculum was traditional and research-driven for my branches (civil engineering). Even internships opportunities were given prime importance. Along with this being close to the Rourkela steel plant gave us the opportunity to have prestigious industrial visits for experience

College Events
My college was extremely active when it came to technical or cultural or management festivals every semester. The student active participation in these events is usually commendable. Students get to interact with other colleges and hence increase or polish their soft skills
Fee Structure And Facilities
The program fee and the mood of payments in a college are extremely feasible and not at all expensive especially for the students who come from giving the JEE exam. Apart from this my college also had exchange students for them the fee structure was pretty different

I did not apply for any scholarship or education loan since the fee structure was not that expensive
Campus Life
My college has one of the biggest areas covered under the campus. The area is filled with natural aura and Beauty. This is a good combination as it helps the students to focus on the studies. The gender ratio is pretty low in my college but women are equally respected here.

Admission
Through the entrance JEE Mains test. I was always inclined to become a part of something as important and visually growing such as technology. Hence I figured out that engineering is the way to it as it provides a clear idea of technology while keeping the exposure alive to other fields as well
Faculty
Most of the faculties are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. They are sure to provide important insights and curriculum-based knowledge to the students through their classes. The interaction of students and teachers is a crucial element in nit.
