Course Curriculum Overview
The course is of 4 years and in the first 2 years, we learn a plethora of subjects from science, arts, and commerce background like theater, international relations, business communication, psychology, Indian literature, etc. And then in the 3rd year, we have to select our major and minor subjects. You can either take BBA as your major and select from Finance, HR and Marketing or you can choose from BA subjects like Mass Communication, Public Administration, International relations, Psychology, etc. The course gives students a wide range of information on various issues related to contemporary times along with that it makes you read subjects of different fields and then choose in what your interest lies in.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario is decent. The students can even opt-out from placement if they want to pursue higher studies. Companies like Mahindra and Mahindra, Federal Bank, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, etc come to recruit students.
College Events
The flagship fest of the college is Flare in which all the A list college students are invited. Celebrities are also invited for performing in the college. Several clubs of PDPU participate in the events. The fest lasts for 3 to 4 days with people coming from all over Gujarat.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for the course can be termed as moderate to expensive. one should use all the facilities and make complete utilization of the facilities like workshops and seminars to take full advantage of the university's facilities. Also, students should take part in all the clubs and do internships to fully utilize the college experience

As such in my knowledge, there is no scholarship available for the students however one can gather more information on t he same from the admission office Of PDPU
Campus Life
The campus life of the college is very lively and one can take part in my clubs and committees as well be part of a sports team. Clubs like a debate club, drama club, dance club, cooking club etc are very entertaining and helps in the holistic development of the individual. The gender ratio is almost 60:40 of male: female.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network of PDPU is quite strong and people are well connected with the juniors that are currently studying in the campus.
Admission
I pursued science in my 12th standard and applied for the BBA/BA (HONS.) program of Pandit deendayal petroleum university, School of liberal studies. There is no prerequisite requirement for appearing for SLS's own exam. You can be from any academic background and having a minimum of 50% in 12th and 10th grade. After filling the online application form you will have to give a written test which would comprise 2 parts i.e. aptitude test having GK, Maths and verbal questions and along with that, you will be having an essay writing paper. After the aptitude test, your interview would be taken. And then, at last, the merit list will be made on the basis of your performance in the test and interview.
Faculty
The faculty are very approachable and they teach in a very fun and interactive manner. The regular classes timings are from 9am to 6pm but there is time in between the lectures for refreshment. Apart from that the department also organizes various workshops and seminars of eminent personalities. The workshops are quite useful for the students. We also have student exchange programs and tie-up with foreign universities.
