Remarks

College is good, But it is being hampered by principals dictatorship as she does not allow any good events in college. But still a Delhi University College has its own importance in its world.

Entrance Preview

I scored 95.5% in my case board exams. Moreover I choose this college as I was getting this college in my percentage cutoff. Moreover it's near to my residence. One of the major reason is that it is newly constructed so it is supposed to have better facilities than other Delhi University colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

it's was good. It's easy and quite simple not anything against it in fact at some point you feel interested in your course and feel priviledged to study from college. Teacher are also supportive.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are nil, placements are available to only selected courses. Only students from BMS course are preferred over students from various other courses. So, placements opportunities are almost nil of others.

Placement Experience

1.5

Only available or you can say the firms hire the one more from the BMS course as compared to other courses. As mentioned above no such placements for other courses unless and until you have a really exceptional talent hidden in you.

College Events

0.5

Departmental fest and annual fest 'TRYST'. various departments organise their departmental fest. such as the bcom department organise FLEDGLING, bms department organise COGNIZANCE their is one annual fest of our college 'TRYST' which goes on for 2 days which involves various fun loving activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

From a college coming under Delhi University you can not expect fees to be high. Delhi University colleges are known for equivalent services at low prices. so 8000 bucks an year for you education from a Delhi University College doesn't harm anyone.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided to the weaker sections of our college like providing funds for their educational necessity. Moreover some scholarships are even provided by the University of Delhi.

Campus Life

4.5

My college is an off campus college, so I miss my campus life. There is no fun in such colleges ad you don't have any social life. Participating in events of different colleges is dream for us moreover their is no good hangout point near to the college. So college life is some how boring.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel facility is good but can't say about mess as never been to college hostel. Infrastructure of the hostel is good and located at prime location of the college. Till now only girls hostel is available to the college. But as per the details obtained fr

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors students are pretty good haven't heard of any alumini meet in the years I have been in this college. But the seniors as well as the passouts are really generous and supportive to their Juniors. They are supportive in every aspect be it from. Studies to the point of hanging out.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is good and convenient for students. Internals are held as per students convenience and external dates are prefixed by the Delhi University. There no such burden on students.

Faculty

4

It's really depends. some of the teachers are really very well versed and good in communication while some of them teach various subjects in college which may give a set back as they can't have knowledge of all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
