Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is fantastic. Everything chapter is thoroughly covered. All the professors are highly qualified and experienced.many of them have industry experience so they teach practical as well as theoretical stuff that is necessary from job as well as exam point of view.
Placement Experience
There are many top companies like TCS, L&T info, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc and many other companies that visit during campus placements. Sales Companies like Jaro, etc offer upto 12 lakh per annum. College provides training for placement interviews.
College Events
There are many technical as well as non technical events which occur throughout the year. The main High light is Verve were there are sports activities as well as dancing, fashion show, singing, etc. Some Celebrities too visit college during this fest. There are other technical events like tantra vihar. Every weekend there is a worlshop.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees depend upon the category of student.open category student pays 1,40,000 per year, OBC category student pays 75,000 to 80,000 and SC/ST student pays 15,000 to 20,000 payment is not done in installments. You have to pay through DD or cheque. Student loans are also welcomed.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not opted for any education loan or scholarship. The scholarship is provided by the government on the basis of category for which there is an online form on mahadbtmahait.gov.in website.
Campus Life
Campus Life is awesome. Canteen and Gymkhana (pool table, table tennis, play station, etc) is present on campus. It helps students to relax after college hours and in the lunch break. Labs are fully equipped, sports competition takes place every year, the students are very helpful there are no cases of raging or discrimination.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has a dedicated alumni network. Ex-Students help by providing valuable feedback and various job opportunities.
Admission
I Opted this course because I always had interest in computer science. I chose vidyalankar Institute of Technology because of the placements it provides, activities and events that take place in the college. The admission process was simple. I just had to enroll on DTE and rest was simple allotment of college followed by admission.
Faculty
Faculties are 10/10. They are highly experienced and cooperative. They have a good command over the subjects and that reflects in their teaching too. Averagely there are 30-32 lectures per subject. Many professors have an industrial background which helps students to be industry-ready.
