The college management is extremely good and the fees are totally worth it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is excellent and the subjects taught are too great. The exam structure follows with internals and semester exams so we have in total 6 internals and 6-semester exams. The subjects are also research-driven and information-rich and fair.
Placement Experience
The placement is average but not so good because a very limited number of students get placed because we get nearly all the startup companies.
College Events
Spandhan is the main event celebrated in our college being the official fest of VIPS. We also get to be a part of international conferences and company workshops. We can also get part of industrial visits and trips are the most exciting part of the events held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are feasible because we get so good exposure in VIPs that its totally worth it going to VIPs. The programme fees were 250000 for three years and the mode of payments were both cash and online. There are no additional fees or charges to be paid in order to secure our admission but yeah we have to give 5000 as security fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no scholarship opportunities offered to students one can only choose between yearly payment or semester payment method of fees
Campus Life
The campus life is great the gender ration is also 50-50 but particularly in BCom Hons, the girls are less compared to boys. The extracurricular activities are near to zero. The labs are excellent and in sports, we have football primarily and cricket too. And numerous events too.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network and senior students meeting are not that good we dont get to meet with the alumni. There is alumni meet but not that formal and good.
Admission
I gave an entrance test of GGSIPU university, then the ranks were announced. Then 1st round colleges were given to me according to my rank but I wanted VIPs so I waited for further rounds. Finally, my rank was suitable for VIPs in third round. I froze my seat and I got admission in the college
Faculty
The tentative number of lecturers in my course were around 15-20 average age being 35-40 and qualification being masters, PhD and accountants like assistant professors with masters and professors with PhD. The expertise was finance, marketing, hr and international business.
