Only for marine engineering

We participate in every Marine related events for Eg: GLOMARS. The management is not good in planning. But at the end of the day they will get it done. So other than placement their is no problem in the college.

Our college is affiliated to ANDHRA UNIVERSITY and follows their curriculum in exams and labs. This college is also affiliated to DG shipping of india and follows their rules. The course is very good with workshop and ship in campus. And also having simulation labs for better learning

This college had written MOU's with some RPSL companies like DESTRAIN. They are like offering the job by getting paid. That means we need to pay some money to get the placement this thing will be in every college. Students can get jobs with their own talent. As we already have a SHIP in campus there is no need of internship but our college provide internship to make students learn what are the updated technologies.

We celebrate teachers day, engineers day, Navy day. We have cultural events for students like fresher's party and farewell. As students number is less the events are not much big but they worth it. Conduts sports meet for students

This is the only marine college in Andhra pradesh and the fee structure here is fair. You may think it is expensive but cross check with other marine colleges for the fee. We can't say it is low fee but fair enough for a person who has the passion and can afford. Moreover student loans are available. You can find the fee structure in the official website of PRIME college. If you don't want pay for placement the fee is 11 lakh for four years.

The college provides students loan for them who have problems in paying a huge amount. I've not availed for the loan so i don't know much about it. But you will get the details with the admin section of our college or else you can call and ask the management through their phone numbers provided on the official website of PRIME college.

Laboratory teaching is good and have well maintained equipments. We have no gender ratio as there are no girls in our college but they can opt if their strength meet the standards labs are held as per time table and every students will have the chance to perform the experiment. We have foot ball playground which can be used as a cricket ground. And also have a volleyball court and badminton court. Swimming classes are also taken. No racisim and no diversity in the students. Moreover they maintain a healthy brotherhood with each other

It is mandatory to be in hostel for the completion of the course as per the DG shipping guidelines. Hostel infrastructure is very good. For 1st and 2nd year they are allowed 2 persons in one room and for 3rd and 4th year students single rooms are given. Ambiance is good. The hostel is made to fill total student strength of the college.

Our seniors many got their placements with their own efforts and said that they did good by choosing marine engineering and also said that the library in college have all the knowledge. Our seniors even come back to college after they sign off to share their experiences with us.

I had written the entrance test and got admission in this college. Before joining the college you need medical fitness certificate from a dg approved medical clinic. And the student should also posses passport. Now a days choosing a best course is difficult but if you wanna join marine then this is the better choice. You need atleast 60% to this college. you Can join as lateral entry when you have any diploma. And also as GME if you have a btech mechanical engineering degree.

Qualified faculty to teach. And also have Marine engineers as faculty to provide students a better experience and also they share their experiences. For teching better we have laboratory for every subject. And also we have a library with vast number of books.
